"Hear"s To Greater Independence

I had a special job today.

I went to the Lion's Club to tell people what hearing dogs can do.

I'm not sure what my job will be but I might be a hearing dog when I go to college. There were other dogs there too. Including my brother Fargo.We posed by the lion. My ears are out of control. We shared some toys. I love my brother.

4 months already!

I'm growing fast. I was 32 lbs at my check up this week. Got another shot and medicine blown up my nose. That was not pleasant! My doctor smells like dogs and cats and an occasional reptile.

I'm having a great summer and learning many new things. I've been practicing my public manners and how to behave in people doctor offices. See my big girl teeth?

Those places smell funny. I'm very good at down. STAY is taking a little longer.

The Lion's Club help pay for my college.

I went to an old car show that the Lions sponsored.

It was hot but they had water bowls & ice cookies just for me.

How nice.

Wheel Chair Daze

I went to a party where there are lots of people that need some help getting around. I practiced my controlled greetings and down stays. My brother Fargo and friends Ukon, Truman, Luna, Sirius and Wendell were there too.

We went on a boat rideand cooled off with some ice cookies. I'm tired again. This learnin' stuff wears a girl out.
